We aim to dispatch in-stock items as soon as possible, or within 3-5 working days during peak seasons, once full payment has been received. Items on back order will be shipped as soon as they become available to us, we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery time where possible.

or upgrade to ⭐Priority Delivery for express shipping! (FREE over £150)
With our Standard Delivery option, items are shipped by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Upgrade to ⭐Priority Delivery for prioritised dispatch and next day services by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD.
FREE Click & Collect option is only for collecting items from our premises in Wimborne, BH21 1HB but please do not travel to us until your items are ready, our team will contact you to arrange your collection timeslot as our premises are not always occupied during advertised hours.
Choose FREE Collect / Deliver with Hire Order for your items to be ready for collection or transported with your hire order.
Faults / Returns
If the goods have not arrived in satisfactory condition, please contact our team as soon as possible, so we can quickly resolve any problems.
We offer a 14 days return period for any unopened and unused products, however you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please contact our team before returning items to us.
